when one day last week I 'needed' to make one for a prank we were playing on a co-worker at the office: ( http://www.charlottesownmikerice.com/ ) It was fun to work on one of these again, so I decided to create another one just for fun. About half way through, it appeared that I would have to start over when Photoshop decided to stop working correctly. Never could figure out what happened, but suddenly, when I clicked a frame in the animation window, it wouldn't show up in the main window. Also, when I clicked 'Play' to preview the animation, nothing would happen. I actually had to save the file as a GIF and then open it in my browser to check the animation! I didn't want to spend too much time on it, so the legs and arms don't really look like they are moving, but I'm still pretty pleased with the outcome (you may have to click on the picture if it doesn't work for you):
